Our Services
Whether you're navigating change or seeking new purpose, Womanity Play helps you transform your life, relationships and career.
I will help you add creativity, confidence and joy in your career, your relationships and your life.
At Womanity, we don’t just solve problems— you will practice how to cultivate meaningful relationships, embrace change with curiosity, and live with more joy and belonging.
Our methodology is thought-provoking and transformative. We combine relational coaching with creativity, emotional development, and positive intelligence all informed from what we learn along the way.
If you are interested, you can also add the Positive Intelligence Foundation (PQ) to your coaching mix to accelerate your personal development (wellbeing, relationships and performance).

LIMITED SERIES
We started the Creative Playground with a collective intent: that exploring creativity together is therapeutic. We have created a space where we foster our creativity, and develop emotionally as well as artistically. We come together on Zoom the first Thursday of every month. Participants share, respond to each other and we create with our varied histories, identities, stories and emotional responses to living in a world where crisis is the norm. In the Creative Playground we use the expressive arts (theater/improv, poetry, movement, music, drawing/collage) to create improvised conversations and art together.
Each session, we offer an opportunity for each member to co-lead with us an activity (it can be a creative skill they would like to share or to learn with the support of the group). All participants are invited to bring their creative projects and desires to the group. No specific creative/artistic expertise is required other than being present.
